References: Please at least give the artist one reference to work with. It can be the picture of the person/character, the pose, clothes, general vibes, the background, etc. Also, I strongly recommend against using AI-generated references.

Details: Please write speficic details that you may or may not want to be included in the artwork, this also includes whether or not am I allowed to post your commission on my social media and portfolio*, whether or not you want me to tag your socials, or if there's any specific timeframe that you'd like me to upload it.

Deadline? (Yes/No): If there's no specific deadline, please write 'No'. If there is a specific deadline, please write the date.

Notes: Anything you'd like me to keep in mind, if you really want a picture of my cat for some reason too.

IDR prices may only apply to local clients. Please understand that the pricing is adjusted based on usage context and differing market standards, I will continue working to balance it in the future with more commissions done.

For commercial use, additional fees will be charged depending on how my artworks are intended to be used. Please read point 7 onwards and discuss with me first.

Payment shall be done after finalized sketch.

For IDR payments, I accept via bank transfers and Jenius.

For USD payments, I accept via PayPal, Ko-Fi and VGen.

If the client fails to respond for 7 days at any stage after payment or work has begun, the commission will be considered abandoned and non-refundable.

Any chargebacks or payment disputes made after the work has begun are strictly prohibited.

Down payment is paid upfront after a sketch is finalized and the rest may be paid after the work is finished. Full payment plan (100%) is paid upfront after skecth is finalized.

Written below are the available payment plans.

Refund is allowed with acceptable reason, but it depends on the stage of the artwork's completion.

'Suprise Me!' commission doesn't accept refunds.

If client asks for a refund after the initial payment and a sketch had been agreed on, client will receive 50% of their money back.

If client asks for a refund after lineart or coloring stage, client will receive 30% of their money back.

If the artwork is already finished, refund is prohibited.

If the refund comes from my side, it'll be 100% back to the client. This also includes 'Suprise Me!' commission.

Illustration commission types include: Chibi (head icon, full body, and 'Surprise Me!') and Normal (headshot, bust up, half body, full body and 'Surprise Me!').

The level of detail follows the selected package (Monochrome Sketch / Base Colours / Full Render).

'Surprise Me!' commission is full render by default and includes simple background.

Character design artwork includes full body turn-around (front view, back view, side views) and one headshot. Additional expression can be requested with added fee starting from +15% of the base price

Below are the lists of things I can work with:

The artist reserves the right to decline or cancel any commission that violates these terms, or if the artist determines that she is unable or unwilling to proceed due to personal, ethical, or professional reasons.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be informed accordingly.

In the case of down payment plan, if the client cancelled the commission after the work is done before the delivery date, artist has the right to ask for 75% of the remaining unpaid fee.

Both client and artist establish communication, then proceed to discuss until a sketch is approved.

Client pays 50% or 100% of the total price.

Estimated completion time will be around 1 to 8 weeks, depending on the artwork's complexity and the queue. Please inform me if there's a specific deadline, we can discuss it.

Artist will keep client updated every finished stages. If there hasn't been any progress yet, artist will still send updates at least every 3 to 6 days.

Once the artwork is finished, artist will send a screenshot of the finished work for approval. Around this time, client that chose the 50% upfront payment method may send the remaining 50% payment.

After everything's all settled, artist will give the client the full HD artwork via Google Drive.

Client will accept the full illustration and the transparent/no background PNG if the commission type has [simple background].

Files after completion will be removed from Drive after 6 months, please remember to back up the file. However, if you lose the original file, please contact artist via DM or E-mail.

For 'Surprise Me!' commission, there won't be any updates or revisions. Client will accept the finished artwork 1-8 weeks after payment. It's a surprise, after all.

Keyword for commission is "Gallant knight brings glory with her brilliance." Make sure to answer it correctly :)

1-3 sketches will be given as a starter for the client to choose. At this point the client may request any corrections they may find necessary.

After the sketch is approved I'm willing to do only minor corrections to the piece. For example, addition/removal of accessories.

If there REALLY needs to be something to be revised after rendering stage, additional fee will be charged upon request. Keep in mind that artist only allow this once.

Usage of my artworks for any training/feeding for generated AI-related technology and NFT-like are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

The point above also applies even if the artwork was commissioned by the client.

Personal commissions are strictly for personal use only. The artwork may not be monetized, used for branding, or made into products intended for sale. The client is not permitted to generate profit from the artwork. Copyright remains with the artist.

Commercial Use License: The client is permitted to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, including but not limited to monetized online content, streaming assets, websites, and promotion. The artworks may not be sold, reproduced for retail purposes, or claimed as the client's own. Copyright remains with the artist.

Commercial Use - Merchandise/Print License: The client is permitted to use the commissioned artwork for commercial merchandise and printed products intended for sale. The artwork may not be resold, sublicensed, or used beyond the agreed scope. Copyright remains with the artist, unless otherwise stated.

The artist reserves the right to display the commissioned artwork whether it's WIP or finished in her portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

Also, if there's a specific timeframe the client would like the artist to reveal the commissioned artwork to social media, please inform!
