IDR prices may only apply to local clients. Please understand that the pricing is adjusted based on usage context and differing market standards, I will continue working to balance it in the future with more commissions done.

For monetized/commercial use, additional fees will be charged depending on how my artworks are intended to be used. Please read point 6 and discuss with me first.

For local payments, I accept via QRIS and Jenius. Bank transfer only if necessary.

For USD payments, I accept via Ko-Fi and VGen. VGen preferred. The client may also use QRIS if it's available in the client's country with the USD price converted to IDR, not with the local price.

Down payment of 50% from total fee is paid upfront after a sketch is finalized and the rest may be paid after the work is finished. If the client prefers to pay fully after sketch, it is allowed too.

Due to the non-communicative nature of 'Omakase/SKEB' commission, a full payment must be done after client's request is approved.

If the client fails to respond for 7 days at any stage after payment or work has begun, the commission will be considered abandoned and non-refundable.

Any chargebacks or payment disputes made after the work has begun are strictly prohibited.

Refund is allowed with acceptable reason, but it depends on the stage of the artwork's completion.

'Omakase/SKEB' commission doesn't accept refunds.

Down payments can't be refunded.

If full payment client asks for a refund after a sketch had been agreed on or when the artwork is halfway worked on, client will receive 50% refund.

It is prohibited to ask for refunds in colouring and forward stage, or when the artwork is already finished.

If the refund comes from troubles on the artist's side (missing deadline, etc.), it'll be 100% back to the client. This also includes 'Omakase/SKEB' commission.

Unless it's a refund from artist's side, client may not receive the artwork even if it's already finished.

Timeline heavily depends on the type of commission and the details (complexity, queue, schedule, etc.)

Commissions usually take a few days to 4 weeks to complete. Delay may occur due to unforseen circumstances. The artist will communicate it and offer options such as prolonged delivery date or refunds.

Artist will keep client updated every finished stages. If there hasn't been any progress yet, artist will still send updates at least every 3 days.

Once the artwork is finished, artist will send a screenshot of the finished work for approval. Around this time, client that chose the 50% upfront payment method may send the remaining 50% payment.

After everything's all settled, artist will give the client the full HD artwork via Vgen or MEGA.

Client will accept the full illustration and the transparent/no background PNG if the commission type has [simple background].

Files after completion will be removed from Drive after 3 months, please remember to back up the file. However, if you lose the original file, please contact artist via DM or E-mail.

Keyword for commission is "gallant knight brings glory with her brilliance." you can say it in the notes for a nice surprise :)

At sketching phase, the client is allowed to request any corrections they may find necessary.

After the sketch is approved, artist is willing to do corrections up to three times to the artwork. For example, addition/removal of accessories, or missed critical details.

If there REALLY needs to be something to be revised after artwork reaches rendering stage, additional fee starting from +15% of base price will be charged upon request.

'Omakase/SKEB' commission do not offer revision during the process. Again, please only request 'Omakase/SKEB' if you are okay with surprise results.

Senescence's commission already includes personal usage license.

Commercial (content) fee: 50% of base price

Commercial (merchandising) fee: 100% of base price

Copyright: Stays with the artist, unless discussed.

Non-Disclosure Agreement: Discuss first.

The artist reserves the right to decline or cancel any requests that violates these terms, or if the artist determines that she is unable or unwilling to proceed due to personal, ethical, or professional reasons.

The artist reserves the right to display the commissioned artwork whether it's WIP or finished in her portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

Client is allowed to alter the commission result (example: decorating it, making edits of it, creating thumbnails, etc.) after asking for artist's permission.

Client cannot transfer or resell the work to another individual or on blockchain without asking for permission.
